This summer our upstairs AC was short cycling and having issues cooling the house. After short notice, the HVAC technicians were able to show up the same day, which was fantastic. They came over to the house and inspected our AC unit—they believed the reversing valve and the compressor were the issues (pretty costly repair). After further evaluation, they were able to find that the original wiring to the unit was done incorrectly and there was not sufficient voltage to operate the reversing valve correctly. Once corrected, this allowed the AC unit to work properly again without having to buy a new reversing valve and compressor, which saved us a lot of money! Unbeknownst to us, a lot of the AC wiring was done incorrectly from the original home build. The technicians correctly rewired both our upstairs and downstairs units. Unfortunately, a day after our upstairs unit was fixed our downstairs AC unit began to have problems as well. Once again the HVAC technicians arrived the next day to evaluate the unit. The technician was straight forward with us that he would do everything possible to see if the problem was in fact the compressor or another less costly issue. The impression I got from these technicians was that they were truly trying their best to provide the customer with a cost efficient solution. In the past I’ve had HVAC companies only provide the most expensive solution to problems, buying whole new parts or equipment when in retrospect the problem was not as severe as they claimed. But this company honestly tries their best to fix your issue in the most cost friendly manner. After thorough inspection, my downstairs AC issue did end up being a full compressor install. The company was able to supply a new compressor within a couple of days and had the downstairs cooling nicely after being replaced. I can’t say enough about this company! The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable about the situations and did everything in their power to conduct a thorough inspection/repair and to provide us with the best possible course of action. I would recommend their service to everyone.

Logan was here alittle early for our 8am appointment wearing a smile. He began working immediately. Logan explained all testing and maintenance recommendations throughly. I had used another vendor for years until last year when trying ACSI for the first time and so glad I did. Great company to work with and Logan a pleasure.

I've recently become a new client of the folks at Air Conditioning Service and I could not be more pleased. The crew installed a new HVAC unit at my home last week and they went above and beyond to make sure everything is working well. If you are looking for trustworthy (and pleasant) workers this is your company.

Someone was in the attic and smelled gas. Once I called David, he came by within 1 1-2 hours. David tested the heating unit for leaks and told me it was in great condition. I was impressed by the fast service I received and It was a relief to know that everything was working as it should!

Great experience! I spoke with Jake and he had a technician to my house within the hour. The technician, Moe was personable and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. The team overall was very communicative and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely refer friends and family here.

10/10 I am really impressed with their services specifically with Tommy who came by today. He was very friendly, efficient, and communicated well which I appreciated. Would definitely use them again for HVAC services!

I am such a superfan of Air Conditioning Service. They are the definition of an honest, quality business, and I've always had nothing but awesome experiences.
